Joshua Davis, PT, DPT
Dr. Davis received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. Upon graduation, Dr. Davis moved to Washington, D.C. and worked at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. There, he rehabilitated catastrophically injured soldiers. Later, Dr. Davis moved to Gainesville where he worked at an outpatient physical therapy clinic. This strengthened his manual therapy, general orthopedic, and neurological condition skills. Dr. Davis is now serving the Palm Beach community as the Director of Back in Action. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife Stephanie, daughter Ava and Border Collie Mandi. Together the family enjoys traveling, being outdoors and cheering for the Gators!
Lisa moved to Florida in June of 2011 and is originally from Boston where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University. Lisa manages the front desk at Back in Action. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Heather McAllister, PTA, ATC/L, NSCA-CPT
Heather graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan with her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. She then received her Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from South University in Michigan as well. Heather has been with Back in Action for more than six years and loves working with her patients. When Heather has some free time she loves being with her friends and family, traveling and going to the beach. She also loves watching football and hockey.
Lisa Haynes, RPTA
Born and raised in Florida, Lisa earned her degree from Lynn University. With over 15 years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine, Lisa loves what she does. Lisa takes particular interest in myofascial and trigger point treatment to assist in resolving mechanical and neuro-muscular dysfunction.. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys golfing, horseback riding, kayaking and traveling.
